Walmart is getting ready to open a second organic grocery store in Asia, opening this week in Bangkok.
The first store, located in Shanghai, closed in 2013.
The new store will offer the same menu, prices and delivery services as the first store.
Walmart says it’s committed to the organic industry and says the new store is the largest of its kind in the world.
Walmart announced the opening of the second store on Friday.
“This is the most significant move we’ve made in our organic business in the last 30 years,” said Mike Reimann, Walmart’s vice president for international food and farming, during the announcement.
“Our mission is to be a leader in providing the most affordable, high-quality food in the supermarket, in the grocery store and in the restaurant.”
The second store is expected to open in 2019.
Walmart is also planning to open more than 1,000 new organic stores around the world in the coming years.
